The exquisite harp of Vienna Synchron Stage, a Lyon & Healy Style 30 Concert Grand, is stored in one of the air-conditioned rooms where the climate is identical to that in the recording stages, and it’s at all times ready to play. There are three options to record the harp, depending on the overall sound and mixing requirements: together with the orchestra on Stage A, separately on the smaller Stage B, or in the iso booth next to Control B.
